- This app is intended for individuals who are already capable of completing 5 sets of 20 pushups each. If you are not yet at this level, we recommend trying our 0-100 Pushups app first, as it will help you get there.

Extreme Pushups will guide you through a 10-week training program that begins with 5 sets of 20 pushups and gradually increases in difficulty until you can comfortably complete 200 pushups.
