Extreme Pushups will guide you through a 10-week training program that begins with 5 sets of 20 pushups and gradually increases in difficulty until you can comfortably complete 200 pushups. Not only will this program significantly enhance your strength, but it will also have a positive impact on your physique.

Throughout your workouts, you can enjoy your favorite music while an audio coach provides instructions on the number of pushups to do, when to rest, and when to resume.
